Since I was so pleased with my other Worx products, I decided to get the squeegee for my Hydroshot. My windows are about 7' high and with the wand AS SHOWN IN PHOTO, it would have worked just fine. However, I was unable to get it to attach to the wand AS SHOWN IN PHOTO. I reached out to customer service and received a response that I would have to remove the wand and attach it directly to the unit. I was trying not to climb a ladder. This makes the unit useless for the job I planned. Very Disappointed.
If you have the model with two batteries it would be too heavy to use as demonstrated in the photo.
