I've been impressed with the overall performance of this cordless driver. It came securely packed in a heavy cardboard box. The battery charger is small but efficient and it quickly had the battery at 100% full. I've used the driver numerous times and the battery is still almost full. The end of the driver is just the right size for my small hands to tighten or loosen to change bits. The instructions included were easy for me to understand.

I love the drill because it really works well and it’s easy to use. I also love the fact that the battery last longer after being charged.The only problem is that it came in without the chuck but it was easy to get.
