I am giving this drill a likely 4 stars. Maybe five if the battery last. HOWEVER, I am giving the Chinese company WORX, owned by Positec Tool Corporation, a major power tool manufacturer based in Suzhou, China, a 1 or 2 stars!! The audacity and implied deceitfulness of sending relentless emails to me in order to get a positive rating on a tool that I have owned for a week and used only a handful of times is just underhanded and betrays the brand quality described in other reviews. Any review written the day the product is received or even within less than 6 months is just bad for the brand.
