I thought this was a good tool until it broke in my hands. Cutting tree limbs no larger than my thumb caused this units handle to snap in my hands. Parts/service are not available to consumers. In my opinion there is a design flaw of the handle around the locking pin hole. If you are willing to spend the money on this product, take a minute to check out the other options. Many companies offer a cheaper alternative in "pruning chainsaws" the neon green Ry... company has one for $99 or less just saying.
