The complete trimmer head housing fell apart. Used it maybe 3 seasons. I used it to trim around the house and flower beds etc. nothing big. It’s of course out of warranty now. I can’t find a replacement housing. I have to buy an another one.

I bought this from Lowe's since they were 40% cheaper then from the Worx's site. It shipped from Worx by the label on the box. What I ordered from Lowe's was the "Tool Only". But on the box that I received showed that it included 2 batteries and the charger. After a couple of unanswered emails I finally received a reply. Basically, Worx's customer service told me that they use the same box for the "Tool Only" version and when it comes with the batteries and charger. I'm sorry, but personally that seems like False Advertisement to me. And yes as I have stated I knew I only ordered the "Tool Only", but don't show that what is included in the box does not exist. But after going back and forth with Worx asking them to change their box due to being misleading, they told me that for more money I could have the batteries and charger. I never asked for either item, they have just assumed that I wanted them. My whole thing was the misleading information on the box and that they should change it. But instead, they have asked me to send them more money for something I did not order. But, if it shows it on the box, it should be included. That is where I see it as False Advertisement. There should be a separate box for Tool Only and Tool with included accessories. But due to their disrespectful customer service, I have bought my last Worx Tool.
