I am an experienced, handy 56 year old guy. I love my tools and own many Worx products, but this tool is terrible. Using acrylic/water color paints, the mixture is typically 50% water and 50% paint, but this mix plugs the nozzle and pops off the paint cover, spattering paint everywhere. When I get a mixture almost 90% water, the paint comes out in splotches. This is the first time using the tool...which has next to zero documentation on cleaning or troubleshooting. It is silly needing to find a YouTube video to figure out how to clean a tool. Then, while trying to take apart the tool to clean, the ultra fine nozzle cracked at the threading. Also, the needle free slides and does not work with the trigger. I am trying to return/exchange but this was a gift.

Your user's manual is about as useful as a windshield wiper on a goat's butt. I had to take mine apart to clean the paint out, it dried inside in no time. Now there is a little thing a do that I don't know where it goes. If I had a diagram I would know, right. Come on folks, document your equipment. Now I have to stop my project until I can call customer service during their hours. Also, fix your AdBlocker Issue.
