When I first brought the 40v Worx trimmer, I was totally in love with this product. When working it's Great! But the battery life will only last you for a season. I even brought a backup battery and both of my batties are shot. The batteries will not charge. Had the trimmer for 2yrs and now worthless. Worx pride themselves on their high technology Lithium batteries but it not long before they are a piece of garbage. FYI: The 40v battery cost $150.00, just a little over that is what I paid for the whole equipment. Trust me you be better off with a gas trimmer, is which I'm definitely switching back to.

So, now that my battery is dead, I'm stuck with a trimmer that has no use. Worx didn't have the decency to replace the battery. They just left us out to dry, and we have wasted our money. I used to recommend Worx to people. Now, I've become a dedicated enemy of the company, telling people never to buy from them. This company is only interested in sales, not supporting their customers.
