Owned since 2020 (5 years). Very dissapointed that during normal use, the handle broke right above the trigger today!!!

Last 3 years of light use and broke in half. Battery pack broke from the rest of the unit. Called and they said they would cover under warranty but they are out of stock. 6 weeks later they are out of stock. Peak of the season have weeds everywhere that I can't trim because this was what I purchased and it did not last. See photos. Plastic support from Battery Packs to trimmer is weak and not strong enough to support batteries. 1 out of 10.
