Actually I bought 48V Max WG190 cordless edge and trimmer on 8/12/2015 (could not find 48V trimmer here) and did not use very often as I have had contractor doing most of my lawn care. I used it for my backyard only. the head assembly went bad a couple of year. Actually everything seems OK but the plastic pin (part 57 in the assembly 110) was gradually damaged and could not hold the trimmer line in place. This is the bad design and lead to the trimmer line going loose very often. I have been trying to find the plastic pin 57 or the assembly head 110 but could find it in no where.
