I've used this to help wash the truck to help extend the reach for a couple of years. It's been pretty good. Today it started making a lot of racket while I was using it, and some of the plastic gears inside seemed to have broken apart. I don't see an easy way to get in and try to fix it, and had to stop using it because I was afraid that something in there would end up scratching up the car.
Makes cleaning my car in the cold weather easy and does a great job!
