I opened a brand-new kit that my wife purchased for me last Christmas to clean the boat for winter. To my surprise all the bristles on the brushes just fall off. Try to reach customer service and no luck. The chat didn't work, and calling is useless as you can't reach anyone for help. I have every Worx tool they have but after this I will have to reconsider my choice. Extremely poor customer service.

I was so excited about getting the Hydroshot and this kit. When I opened the box and found one of the brushes deformed. I knew what was coming! The next I tried it out. The foam applicator seemed to work well. When I tried both brushes I was ever underwhelmed. They weren't worth the effort it took to use them with Hydroshot.
