We absolutely love the WORX JAWSAW and have had it for three years. We have posted several videos on YouTube about it and so many people have found those videos helpful judging from their comments, we decided after three years we needed to cut some pallets up where we had a bunch of things delivered to the house and we needed a new chain so we did a video on changing it. It was quite simple to do and easy to order from the WORX website we were already getting a new order of free spools for life so we just threw it in with that order. With the new chain, we were able to cut those pallets up in a matter of minutes to a much more manageable size so we could bring them up in our fire pit.
