First off, I LOVE Worx products. My daughter bought this Battery jump starter for me for my Birthday 3 years ago. I used it to jump off my lawn mower battery a few times, my neighbors truck twice. I kept it in a plastic box in my car. The other day I pulled out the Worx Jumper to discover the rubberized portion of the housing was quite sticky to the touch, I tried washing it off, but nothing worked. Then I decided to plugg it in to charge it and it would not accept a charge. So in the trash it went. Sad thing was, I had just purchased one of these Jumpers for my son in law last year for Christmas. Had I known then what I know now, I would have went another way.
Bought this for my husband a year ago unfortunately he never took it out of the box so the flashlight part doesn't work but he jumped a friend's car and said it was awesome and easy to use. Overall he is very happy with it.
