We ordered the new 16” lawn mower mulching blade (WA0019) on June14, 2021 to replaced the lawn mower which purchased on 2019. However, we were unable to do so. The new blade has two holes are different size and won’t fix into the white plastic ring (see picture for details). We have spoke to the customer service requests the return label but as of today still waiting it. Since we like worx lawn mower so much we did order the 56v 20” cordless lawn mower on June 16, 2021. But my wife love to keeping the smaller one for herself. We would like to rating 5 stars but we are really need help from worx.
