I have had this tool for several years but the only thing i feel is a negative about it is the charging system, it sucks. It's like the cell phone charger. It is very unstable after several years and it broke. I think it's from pushing in the charger probably 100 times. There is a tiny piece inside that broke. I have opened it to see if I can get it back on. I will never buy this type of charging system again. Several years is a long time and if this tool didn't have the same charging system I would a buy a new one. I have found one like this with the revolving feature. I love Worx and have several of their products, I just wish they would change the charging system. In the pics you can see where the tiny part goes on the green panel. i will do whatever I can to fix it that's how much I love it.

I bought this in 2017 for a gift. Put it away and forgot all about it till a week ago. It is easy to hold, control, lift, and maneuver . I’m a weak ole women and I love my little drill. Does the trick for small jobs around the house.
